I think the proposal helped with that too, and I realise I've kind of taken hesitant scribehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11882920406681074895noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2519613168245138404.post-12617632345010321802007-03-22T09:03:00.000+00:002007-03-22T09:03:00.000+00:00Lisa, I think you're doing brilliantly. I really don't believe that the repetition of the mantra 'permission to write crap' makes you desperate. If it sends the demon away for any length of time, it's okay by me!

Just like Liz's question 'what are your characters reading?' dreaming up book covers makes you think Jenny Beattiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00640209636605410939noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2519613168245138404.post-58803075342788094172007-03-22T06:52:00.000+00:002007-03-22T06:52:00.000+00:00I agree that everyone writes at their own pace. Some people seem able to write twice that in a day and I know what you mean about how that can be inspiring and demoralising all at the same time. I've been looking through my shelves to see what sort of approaches I might take... yes it is procrastination, but it's useful in that it is creative!hesitant scribehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11882920406681074895noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2519613168245138404.post-8449405599327010152007-03-21T14:46:00.000+00:002007-03-21T14:46:00.000+00:00You're doing really well! I thought it was about time I did something with my first WIP as it's been sitting on my desk gather dust for months. Mocking up a cover for the first WIP was me putting off doing the editing that it so badly needs!

Keep up the good work!Rose Red Arthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02839111172089462436noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2519613168245138404.post-28637387196471293732007-03-21T14:30:00.000+00:002007-03-21T14:30:00.000+00:00You're doing really well keep writing and enjoy th...You're doing really well keep writing and enjoy the tea!!!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02744937536946299450noreply@blogger.com
